- Renewal Fee: Pay $45 between May 15 and June 30 at NCREC.
- Post-Licensing Education: Complete these within 18 months:

- Post 302: Contracts & Closing
- Post 303: NC Law, Rules & Legal Concepts
- Continuing Education (CE): 8 hours annually:
- 4-hour General Update (GENUP) or Broker-In-Charge Update (BICUP)
- 4-hour Commission-approved elective
