  • Renewal Fee: Pay $45 between May 15 and June 30 at NCREC.
  • Post-Licensing Education: Complete these within 18 months:
    • Post 301: Broker Relationships & Responsibilities
    • Post 302: Contracts & Closing
    • Post 303: NC Law, Rules & Legal Concepts
  • Continuing Education (CE): 8 hours annually:
    • 4-hour General Update (GENUP) or Broker-In-Charge Update (BICUP)
    • 4-hour Commission-approved elective
